Contribute to the development of Japanese businesses

We rent a floor of a building in the center of the city, and have created medical malls which are comprised of several clinics. In particular, the medical mall at the World Trade Center in Hamamatsucho has run for over 50 years. To develop the business that my grandfather and my grandfather's older brother started, and to pass it on to the next generation. Through developing medical malls in downtown areas, I would like to spread Japanese medical skills to the world.

Doctors with different specializations such as internal medicine, otolaryngology, dermatology, ophthalmology, and psychotherapy gathering in one floor of a building and treating patients. That is the most attractive aspect of our medical malls. We operate medical malls in prestigious building such as the World Trade Center Building, Yurakucho Building, Marunouchi Oazo, and Tokyo Marine Nichido Main Building. It is not uncommon to go to a clinic with an illness, but leaving without knowing the cause. However, there are various professionals in our medical malls, so even if you do not know the cause at one clinic, you can simply go to another clinic immediately. Moreover, it is also possible to visit the clinics in between working hours as the malls are located in in the heart of the city.

Businessmen are busy with work first and foremost, and it is difficult for them to take days off, even if they are not feeling well. Still, hospitals that conduct comprehensive medical examinations in downtown areas have long waiting times. We hope to fill these gaps and contribute to the development of Japanese businesses.

On the other hand, medical malls can also have great benefits for doctors as well. Compared with opening a clinic alone, if they instead open their business in a medical mall, they can reduce their initial investment, open up at a prime location, and work with other specialists. In addition, promotion is also smoother because medical malls give a stronger impact than a new clinic that stands alone. The recognition by local communities will serve as a bridge for patients from all areas eventually coming to their clinic.

This is possible because we are real estate professionals specializing in the medical field. For example, we have managed the operation of the medical mall of the World Trade Center Building for nearly 50 years. Instead of outsourcing, we have directly managed and operated our malls, and have been providing services from a physician's point of view. On top of that, we have always prioritized making our medical malls better, while continuing to support the introduction of architectural designers, supporting financing, as well as supporting the purchasing of medical equipment and supplies. Such achievements have led to the establishment of a relationship of trust with major real estate buildings such as the World Trade Center Building, Mitsubishi Estate, and Tokyo Marine & Nichido, leading to a superior position in a niche field.

Completing everything from start to finish without wavering. In managing a company, I value this attitude. Because our business is one involving a lot of people, it is not rare for us to be tasked with a situation which requires delicate handling. That is why it is essential to respond to every person straightforwardly and sincerely. The people who set the foundation of our business were Fumio Yamazaki, my grandfather and a Doctor of Medicine, and Kazuo Yamazaki, his older brother. Kazuo in particular is well known for becoming the first Japanese to be appointed president of the International Dental Federation, which has its headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.

Our company also includes the thoughts and wishes of my grandfather and his brother, who both contributed to medical development in Japan. It is my precious mission to transfer their DNA to the next generation without tainting it. I am not thinking of any outrageous developments in the future. We will develop a new medical institution in the city center, stand between the real estate owner and the medical staff, and organize it one by one. And manage it thoroughly and properly. I would like to contribute to the community through such kind of genuine work, by gradually enriching medical malls in populated areas. Currently, global interest in Japanese medical care is increasing, thanks in part to medical tourism. To develop medical malls in the center of business districts - I want the world to know the magnitude of the impact this has on society.
