After graduating from Showa University School of Medicine in 1997, I entered the psychiatry department of Tohoku University School of Medicine from the same year. At the time, my daily hardships also overlapped with my studies and I myself became depressed. That is when I started doing cosmetic plastic surgery work, for a change of scenery. While being a psychiatrist, I started working as a part-time staff for a major cosmetic surgery clinic in 1999. I still remember how every time I saw a patient come in with a complex, and leave with a smile with their whole shell of doubt and shame removed, I became more attracted by the power of cosmetic surgery. That was the starting point for my career as a cosmetic surgeon.

My achievements cracked the top 5 out of 60 or so cosmetic surgeons that were around at the time, and I was headhunted by a major clinic specializing in phimosis treatments, due to my skills with treatments involving the male organ. There I learned business as well as receiving clinical guidance, experienced a postdoctoral position, and in February 2005 I obtained a qualification as a mental health care doctor. This is when I decided to become independent. After that, I started opening clinics throughout the country after opening a phimosis clinic in Okinawa. Since then, we have been contributing to regional medicine with cosmetic surgery in a wide range of areas including Tokyo, Sapporo, Aomori, Nagoya, Kyoto, Kobe, Kanazawa, Okayama, and Ogura.

Furthermore, we began receiving a lot of voices from women asking why we only handled male organs, and because of this I went to America in 2011 to learn about the newest techniques for cosmetic surgery of the female organ.In the same year, the clinic was renewed as the first genital institution in the nation, specializing in cosmetic surgery for both the male and female organs. This is the first such attempt in the whole country, and I am the only doctor in Japan who specializes in both the male and female organs. I can listen to complexes of both parties, treat them both and make various proposals so that I can improve their lives - this has been my biggest strength.

Although cervical cancer is said to have an increasing incidence among young women, preventive vaccines and regular checkups are considered effective for both prevention and early treatment.Also, it is said that the human papilloma virus (commonly called HPV) has a great involvement as a cause of cervical cancer, and the cause of infection is usually related to sexual activity, and because the virus prefers hot and humid environments, uncircumcised penises are actually considered a very high-risk environment to spread these viruses.One of the strengths of our clinic is that we don't "cut" during surgery, but instead perform "non-cutting" surgeries. If you cut the foreskin, you can not take a bath for a week for example, so the symptoms that interfere with your daily life will inevitably remain, but if you do not cut it, you can leave the hospital without any scars and be able to take a bath as well. Actually, such a surgical method is called long stem surgery, and using only needles and threads, it is a method of pulling out the glans by pulling out the part buried in the stomach. In addition, we also perform glans enlargement, and also provide a method of "hooking" the skin by increasing the size of the glans.

Currently due to progress in medicine, options for treatment and surgery have increased greatly. That's why I want even people who have complexes with phimosis to feel comfortable visiting our clinic without worrying too much. In the future we would like to expand outside of Japan and into Asia.To that end, we are looking for partners who want to start a business with my technology in Asian countries. Also, I would like to keep the possibility of remote surgeries in mind, where I could potentially use Da Vinci (a surgery support robot) to perform surgeries without me actually having to be at the site.
