We do not sell products, but "people" services, and we can think neutrally with the same position and same value as our customers, regardless of vendor. This is the utmost strength of our company. By advising customers on the best products, our customers can avoid wasteful IT investments and concentrate on their core business. In order to select products and services that will most fit our customers, we have recruited high-level staff who have acquired various product knowledge and skills.

The most important thing in developing this business is the sharing of values with customers. The technological innovation of IT and AI have progressed, and what were once merely theories are now becoming more concrete and detailed, and many companies are conducting trial and error. We will naturally catch up with the times, but we are aware of sensitive changes in our customers' values, and I think that we must always think of how best we can help our customers. Since our tasks at hand are completely different from customer to customer, I would like to provide solutions and services suited to each and every one of them. In order to do that, I think that it is important to understand what kind of motivation our consultants and engineers have when conducting business for our customers.

What I often talk to them about is "it is all about the customer's evaluation". There is no point in evaluating rating your own job as a 100. Conversely, even if your level of satisfaction is 50 points, if the customers says it's 100 points, then that was a 100-point job. Since we are professionals, it is a given that we have knowledge and skills. In addition to this, this work cannot be done without the comprehensive ability to be able to think things from the customer's point of view, and to be able to draw out the feelings of the customer. Many of our successful engineers are the ones with better people skills. Also, their presence has become a good example for our younger engineers, which has resulted in a productive and good cycle. While maintaining high-quality work, they voluntarily upgrade and better themselves on a daily basis.

However, there are not many engineers like ours, with good people skills in the world in general, and it can be said that it is hard to create a profitable model in this business. As a result, our service itself is not generally well known, and we believe there is a need to further raise awareness within the industry and expand the market in the future. To do so, we can only to build success stories on projects with the customers that we are currently dealing with. As Japanese companies tend not to invest unless there are successful cases, achievements are the most important weapon.

Especially in the IT industry there is no need to explain yourself if you have a solid track record. If you can show dozens and hundreds of success stories, it will be easier to gain trust from new clients. To first accumulate a lot of successful cases, and to develop horizontally from customers to customers. I think that if that can be done, the market will expand at an accelerating pace. We want to grow in proportion to it. To do that, we have to increase the number of engineers that can respond to the business we are advocating. I hope to focus on developing young engineers with high potential while gathering talented personnel who have knowledge, experience and skills regarding IT.
